He even wrote how he talked :-) I hear his voice all the time too. You can't escape his slight sarcasm and wit. Loved that about him. I wrote him a few time about some problems I was having with my son who was into ancient aliens, loved to bash Christians, etc. He gave a list of things to ask in his somewhat sarcastic tone while all the while said to be gentle when asking the questions. He was as down to earth as you can get as a scholar. There's nobody like him
